Research Customer Concerns & Desires

All the world’s goals won’t make a good marketing strategy if you don’t know what your customers want or don’t want. Unlike in the past, this isn’t done through surveys or focus groups but instead using customer data. This data usually involves information regarding a customer’s most searched terms in your site or where customers tend to abandon their carts. These customer research must also include conversations that customers are having with each other. Are they praising your company or bashing it? Do they like the product but hate the customer service? All these are incredibly important to create a good marketing strategy.
